2. What data we process and why
Contact form
When you fill in the form on the Contact page, we process the data you voluntarily provide: name, phone, email (optional), the message or product category you tell us about and, if you attach one, a photo of the job or the material you want to match. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage any resulting business relationship.
The form is processed by our own script hosted on our server, which sends your enquiry by email via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph API) and checks that you are not a robot using Cloudflare Turnstile before the message reaches our inbox.
Job application form
If you submit an application from the Careers page, we process the data you voluntarily provide: name, phone, email, your experience or the message you write and, if you attach one, your CV in PDF format. This data is used solely to assess your application within our selection process, and is sent through the same technical channel as the contact form (Microsoft 365 via the Microsoft Graph API, with the same Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check).
Browsing and third-party content
If you accept third-party cookies (see Cookie policy), this website loads embedded content from Google Maps and Instagram (via SnapWidget), which may process data about your browsing in accordance with their own privacy policies.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data, for both the contact form and the job application form, is your own consent, given by voluntarily filling in and submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR); in the case of the job application form, also by expressly ticking the consent box for the selection process.
4. Data retention
We keep contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for as long as any resulting business relationship lasts, unless you request its deletion beforehand. Job application data is kept for the duration of the relevant selection process and, at most, for a reasonable time during which we may need it to consider you for future vacancies matching your profile, unless you request its deletion beforehand.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The contact and job application forms are sent by email via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) and are protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) — both act as data processors for the strictly technical part of sending the message, not as independent third parties with access to your data. If you accept embedded third-party content (see next section), those providers may process data about your browsing in accordance with their own policies:
- Google (embedded map): United States / EU, depending on the service
- Meta / SnapWidget (embedded Instagram feed): United States
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@construdepot.es, indicating which right you wish to exercise together with a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, appropriate to the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect legislative developments or changes to the website. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
